I keep thinking it is existentialism. Please help:

In nonfiction, a biography can clearly portray a character quite completely, with as much detail, personal and otherwise, as the research uncovers. Similarly, historical nonfiction develops characters significantly.

1st person – from the viewpoint of one of the charachters.Uses I, me, I'm, they etc….
