The only book I'm aware of personally is titled "And the Wall Came Tumbling Down" and it is written by either David Fellton or Felton. I read part of it for a history project in 1996.

I’ll just throw out some thoughts:
- Authors began to write about Great Britain in a mocking sense
- The revolution sparked patriotic writings of american authors (Common Sense, love for country stuff, etc.)
