are there any types of brain training which can improve literature?

i wanna be able to speak from my mind, more clearly and let words just roll from my tounge

i know that having peers who speak well… frequent reading and talking can help, is there anything else i can do?

or do i simply need to socialise more?

Reading more,be an input block for a while to be a good output later, also having friends and talking with people helps.Try to listen more than talking, this will help you be a good input block.
Later you'll have stories ,expressions and words will pour like water (not saliva:D) from your mouth.Try to be yourself, express yourself, always try to say the story by your own words.

Being able to speak from your mind has nothing to do with 'literature'. I think you need to read more.

Go pick up a book, read it. Stop being self conscious.
