Literature Review that looks at workforce development and the proffesional identity of youth workers in Wales?

I have never done a literature review can anyone give me some pointers and any sources that I could use.

Haven't got a clue about the content, but if you go onto JSTOR or ask a course leader for an example of a literature review you will immediately see what you need to do. They are fairly straightforward descriptions of the development of ideas (literally reviewing a bunch of papers that relate to the topic, and maybe framing it to look like a cohesive attempt (on the part of the authors of the papers) to understand the subject).
